Play Day

Last week there was a play day in the quad hosted by the physical education program. I had to attend this for a class but i would have gone anyway. There were several activities set up for anyone to participate in. I took my roommate along with me, who is not a physical education major, and he had a lot of fun. I could tell that he was more relaxed and less stressed at the end of the day. Around the world, people need to recognize the importance of physical activity during every day and instead of cutting physical education programs, we need to make them better. As a future physical educator it is my goal to install a great program wherever i teach.
